About Us

James - Growing up in Bournemouth with parents who were local house builders, and developers the natural progression for James  was always going to be in construction.  Starting college as a bricklayer to learn a trade James then went on to help his parents with a variety of local house building projects, and  over the last 30 years has learnt the skills necessary for the work he carries out today.

Karen - Promotion meant that I relocated  from Hertfordshire to Poole to become part of the sales and admin team at Rockley Park looking after 1,200 holiday homes and owners.  Part of this role involved dealing with holiday home manufacturers, and the design, construction and after sales of the homes we were ordering and selling.  This is where my interest in modular build homes and construction first began, and which led to me setting up my first business in 2002 carrying out insurance repairs and property maintenance.

In early 2020 we were given the opportunity to design, and create a residential park home development for 35 homes for a local land owner but when we shook on the deal we had no idea the country was about to go into lock down.  Thankfully the guidelines for construction meant after several tense weeks we were given the go ahead to start works on the 4.5 acre site in April 2020.  It was at this point we decided to change our original plan of using one large groundworks company, and split the work between a variety of local trades people who would have the opportunity to work on a large project at a time when money was tight.

Today............

Through personal experience looking after family members with dementia and autism we decided to use our extensive skill set to design and build SIP garden rooms that could be utilised to benefit families who needed to create a safe place for family members.​​
